In the Frequency of negative words, we can observe words like ‘problem’, ‘bother’, ‘trouble’, or even worse like ‘rob’, ‘cut’ and ‘pain’.

We went through several points during this study and were able to extract a lot of important information about the Boston house rent data.

First, the most frequent public seeks accommodation in apartments with average prices, and that most of the above-average evaluations are directed towards these choices.

The accommodations with prices below the average had the highest rating averages, except for cleanliness and location — belonging to places with prices above the average.

Comparing the price with score review, even though the highest rating average belongs to the most expensive neighborhood, it is not possible to say with certainty because the rating values ​​do not follow a linear order.

The neighborhood, the property type, and the room are the factors that have the most influence on the price.
