January 27: Tribble connected Zamot with two officials (Goel and Klein) from the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.

January 28: the contract between Cobra and PREPA was amended to $445 million.

February 1: Tribble and Zamot met in New York.

February 6: Tribble and Zamot met in EPA’s office in Guaynabo.

February 13: Zamot connected Tribble with MasTec, a Florida-based infrastructure company previously investigated by the authorities of Miami-Dade County for over-billing the government.

February 27: Cobra’s contract was amended again to reach $945 million.

March 15: Zamot introduced Tribble via email as “the right person to provide information on regional electrification on the island.”

May 26: Cobra received a new contract (2018-P00170) for $900 million.

May 29: MasTec North America received a contract (2018-P00171) for $500 million.

September 10, 2019: The FBI arrested Ahsha Tribble, Donald Keith Ellison, and Jovanda R. Patterson (Tribble’s deputy chief of staff). They are accused of conspiring to defraud the federal government, among other charges.
